1 head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Cook cauliflower and drain. Top with mixture of mayonnaise, onion, mustard, salt and cheese. Microwave for 2 minutes.
