COOKIE PUFFS 
1 pkg. Stella Doro Anisette cookies
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/3 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Cut cookies in 1/2. Allow cream cheese to soften. Blend cream cheese and Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.

Drain pineapples; blend pineapple pieces in cream cheese mixture.

Spoon mixture on 1/2 of cookie. Top with other 1/2 of cookie. Put small dab of mixture on top. Refrigerate. Best if made the night before.
