HERBED POTATOES AND CARROTS 
4 sm. potatoes, very thinly sliced
1 med. onion, very thinly sliced
4 carrots, very thinly sliced
2 tbsp. Italian dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 ice cubes
Sour cream (optional)

Preheat grill for 10 minutes. Arrange potatoes, onions and carrots on 24 x 18 inch double thickness of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with Italian dressing, salt, Italian seasoning and pepper. Add ice cubes. Cook at medium heat with hood closed, until vegetables are tender, 20 to 25 minutes, turning packet over once. Serve with sour cream. Serves 4 to 6.
