DIFFERENT EGG SALAD 
3 lg. or 5 sm. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, diced
Grated onion to taste
6 hard-cooked eggs

Whip cheese. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add gelatin, salt and mayonnaise to cream cheese. Cool. Add celery and onion. Grate 3 eggs on bottom of 8-inch square pan. Add gelatin-cheese mixture. Grate remaining eggs over top. Chill. Yield: 8 servings.
