LETTUCE AND EGG SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 doz. boiled eggs

DRESSING:

2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. vinegar
Approximately 1 oz. scoop of sugar

Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Rinse and dry lettuce. Cut eggs into small pieces. In a jar, mix dressing ingredients. Shake well. When ready to serve, mix lettuce and eggs. Add dressing, a little at a time. You may not use all of the dressing, depends on size of head of lettuce.
