1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 2/3 c. applesauce

Blend the sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Mix cake mix, eggs and applesauce. Pour 3/4 of the batter in a 10" tube pan that has been greased and sprinkled with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Put the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the top and cover with remaining batter. Very moist.
