GOLDEN FRUIT DROP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 eggs
3 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped, peeled eating apples
2 c. raisins (golden)
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, brown sugar, honey and eggs together until well blended. Mix dry ingredients together, then add to creamed mixture with buttermilk. Mix well, then stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Drop on ungreased baking sheets and bake in preheated 400 degree oven 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 dozen.
