MARY'S MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. corn flakes
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 egg
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Blend first 7 ingredients and press into a small loaf pan. Pour Worcestershire sauce over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with catsup and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Yield 4-6 servings.
