CHICKEN LIVER WRAP-UPS 
Cook chicken livers in small amount of boiling salted water for about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Wrap each liver in 1/2 slice of bacon cut crosswise. Fasten bacon in place with toothpicks. Place wrap-ups on a rack in baking pan. Bake 450 degrees until bacon is crisp. Serve hot with toothpicks still in place.
