CABBAGE WRAPS | |
1 c. rice 1 lb. hamburger 1 onion, cut fine 1 lg. head cabbage 1 can tomato soup Water and 2 tbsp. vinegar Cook rice in water for 15 minutes, drain. Add hamburger, onion, mix well. Wilt cabbage by running hot water over it. Separate the leaves. Take a cabbage leaf and put 1 tablespoon of rice mixture on it. Fold and roll and put them side by side in greased casserole. Pour 1 can tomato soup, water and vinegar over this. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Add more water, as needed, while baking. |
