PICKLED - SPICED PEACHES 
1 lg. can yellow cling peach halves
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Whole cloves

Boil peaches with syrup, vinegar and sugar for 5 minutes. Remove from stove. Place peach halves on paper towels; stick cloves (3 to a half) in peaches. Let cool. Place in can with syrup until serving time. Wonderful accompaniment for meat or poultry entrees!
