ARMENIAN RICE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. raw rice
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. pine nuts or chopped blanched almonds

Melt butter in skillet. Add uncooked rice. Brown rice. Pour into casserole dish. Add other ingredients. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees then increase oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes more. Serves 8 to 10.
