KING RANCH CHICKEN 
2 chickens
1 med. onion
1 rib celery
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup (opt.)
1 doz. tortillas
2 c. cheese
1 1/3 c. chicken broth
1 green pepper
1 c. chopped onion

Cook chickens, onion, celery and salt in water until done. Layer deboned chicken, 1/2 cheese, tortillas (cut in strips), tomatoes and soup in electric skillet or casserole. Top with rest of cheese. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
