INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 (7 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. salad oil
1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Cook macaroni and spinach according to directions on packages (drain macaroni; save some spinach liquid). Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, paste, and spinach juice. Simmer 10 minutes.

Combine macaroni, spinach, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and salad oil. Mix this with meat sauce. Put in 9 x 13 inch or larger pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
