INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach
16 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
8 oz. sm. shell macaroni
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. oil
8 oz. tomato paste

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Cook spinach, drain and reserve 1 cup liquid. Add liquid to spaghetti sauce, paste, salt and pepper. Add to meat and simmer.

Combine spinach, cooked pasta, shredded cheese, bread crumbs, beaten eggs. Add oil, spread in 9x13x2 inch lightly greased baking dish. Top with meat sauce, sprinkle with shredded cheese and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
