CHOCOLATE PUDDING SURPRISE 
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. box chocolate pudding (instant)
3 c. milk

Combine walnuts, flour and mix well. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on crust. Mix pudding and milk. Beat until well blended. Spread on crust. Chill. Top with Cool Whip and slivers of chocolate.
