CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bunch celery
1 c. or more cabbage, chopped
1 can chicken rice soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
3 to 4 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown meat slightly. Add vegetables, soup and soy sauce, barley. Cover with water. Cook 1 hour. Thicken with cornstarch.
