2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. boiling water
Add sm. amount mustard & mayonnaise

Cook in double boiler until thick. Then mix with potatoes. Add cut up onion, celery seed and sweet pickles.
