"QUICK AS A WINK" HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
Potatoes
2 cans vegetable beef soup (undiluted)

Peel potatoes (enough for your family). Slice them raw in bottom of a casserole. Crumble hamburger over the top. Add 2 cans of vegetable beef soup (undiluted). Bake, covered, with foil for 1 1/2 hours. Take foil off during the last 1/2 hour to brown. (I use the crock pot instead of a casserole and brown the hamburger before putting it into the crock pot.)
