COLE SLAW VEGGIE SALAD 
1 head cabbage, chopped fine
8 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. gourmet rice vinegar

8 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
8 tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles

Marinate cabbage and onions in dressing for 3 hours. Add toasted ingredients just before serving. Break up Top Ramen noodles and add to prepared salad.
