COLE SLAW SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water and salt. Chill until syrupy, then whip. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, vinegar, sugar and mustard together. Add to whipped gelatin. Stir in cabbage and refrigerate.
