RECH'D CHICKEN | |
Chicken breasts Favorite BBQ sauce Spicy/sweet mustard Red wine vinegar Horseradish (optional) Swiss cheese Bacon Marinate chicken in a mixture of 50% vinegar and 50% BBQ sauce. Add mustard and/or horseradish to taste. Submerge for 2 days. Partially cook in microwave if possible. Cook on BBQ, top side down until 1/2 to 3/4 done. Continue to apply marinate. Reverse chicken. Continue to marinate. When chicken is almost ready, apply precooked bacon (to taste) and cover with Swiss cheese. Close cover. When chicken is almost done, the cheese will have been completely melted. Serve hot from the grill or refrigerator. A taste treat! It even tastes better cooled. A perfect summer BBQ treat with cole slaw and potato salad. You'll receive nothing but praise for your chicken, excuse me, rech'd chicken. |
