STUFFED PORK ROAST 
3 to 4 lb. pork roast
1 lb. sausage, ground
1/2 c. cheese
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cut roast in half. Mix sausage and other ingredients together. Put mixture between 2 halves. Tie with string. Bake on rack in 325 degree oven for 4 hours. Use drippings in bottom of pan to make gravy. Serves 5 to 6. Delicious with rice and fresh string beans.
