ECLAIR CAKE 
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. graham crackers
1 lg. pkg. or 2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can Betty Crocker milk chocolate frosting

Butter 9 x 13 dish; line bottom of dish with a layer of graham crackers. Mix the pudding and milk; beat 2 minutes. Then blend in the Cool Whip and pour half of the mixture over the graham crackers.

Lay another layer of graham crackers over the mixture, pour the rest of the mixture over the graham crackers and put one more layer of graham crackers over the mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours and then frost.
