ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 medium potatoes
3/4 c. non dairy creamer
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Peel and slice potatoes. Combine cream, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion. Layer potatoes, creamer mix and butter alternately in casserole dish. Pour boiling water over potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
