4 c. pecans
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
4 lg. eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 lb. candied cherries (8 oz. red and 8 oz. green)
1 lb. candied pineapples

Take a bundt pan and spray good with Bakers Joy. Cold oven - turn to 250 degrees. Bake 2 1/2 hours.

When cake is cooled enough to take out of pan it is ready to eat. No soaking and you can wait until last minute to bake.
