CREAMY BUTTERMILK DRESSING 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. minced fresh chives
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stir well. Refrigerate dressing for 2 hours to allow ingredients to meld. If stored in tightly closed container, dressing should be good for 2 weeks.
