Big Chocolate Chip Cookies | |
1 lb. (4 sticks) Unsalted Butter, softened 3 cups Light Brown Sugar 1 cup Granulated Sugar 4 Eggs 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract 3 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour 1 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 tsp. Baking Soda 1 1/2 cups Best Quality Chocolate Chips 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cream butter until smooth; add sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. 3. Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly beat into the egg mixture. 4. Fold in chocolate chips. 5. Transfer the dough to a large sheet of plastic wrap, cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. 6. Using an ice cream scoop, drop 2-3 Tbsp. of batter onto parchment lined baking sheets, 4 cookies per sheet. 7. Bake 8 - 10 minutes, until golden brown. 8. Remove from sheets and cool on racks. |
