BIG CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 c. rolled oats

Beat together slowly the first 5 ingredients. Add flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add chips and oats. Let stand 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Scoop size of lemon. Flatten with the palm of the hand. Six cookies per cookie sheet.
