MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni noodles
1/2 block Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Dash of garlic
Approx. 6 green onions
1/2 stick butter
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. milk

Boil macaroni. Shred cheese. Chop green onion. Melt butter in saucepan. Saute onion and garlic in butter. Drain noodles when cooked and add cheese and butter mixture. Stir until cheese is melted. Add soup and milk, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring often until warm.
