1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Mix together all ingredients, except chocolate morsels. Add the morsels after all ingredients are mixed together. Pour into lined cup cake tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
