CHICKEN DIVAN 
6-7 chicken breasts, cooked
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheese
8 oz. mushrooms, drained
3 slices bread, crumbled
2 tbsp. butter

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Do not cook broccoli. Make a sauce by combining soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice together. In a 9"x13" pan, layer 1/2 of the sauce mixture, mushrooms, chicken, broccoli, 1/2 cup cheese, remainder of sauce mixture and last 1/2 cup cheese. Brown bread crumbs in butter and sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
