WHITE CHOCOLATE AND NUT COOKIES | |
2 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. butter, softened 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. light brown sugar (packed) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pkg. vanilla flavor instant pudding mix 2 eggs 1 c. white chocolate pieces 1 c. chopped nuts Mix flour and soda. Cream butter and sugar and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chocolate pieces and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 6 to 7 dozen cookies. |
