WHITE CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. (6 oz.) chopped white chocolate or almond bark
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

1. In a bowl, combine the flour, soda and salt.

2. In another bowl, cream the butter with the white and brown sugars.

3. Add the vanilla and egg. Beat until light.

4. Add the flour mixture, the chopped white chocolate and walnuts. Blend well.

5. Shape cookies, using a rounded teaspoonful of dough for each.

6. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
