SOUR CREAM PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 baked pie crust or 1 graham cracker crust
1 lg. can of crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. sour cream
Cool Whip for topping (optional)

In large bowl combine pineapple, instant pudding and sour cream. Mix well and pour in prepared pie crust. Chill - top with Cool Whip if desired. Delicious and quick.
