1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
15 oz. jar favorite spaghetti sauce
2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Vegetable spray

Prepare spaghetti as package directs; drain. Spray a 13"x9" pan with vegetable spray. Blend milk and egg and toss with spaghetti in pan until coated. Spread spaghetti evenly in pan. Cook ground beef in skillet with onion, green pepper and mushrooms; drain. Pour spaghetti sauce over spaghetti then layer the meat mixture evenly over the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese then top with Mozzarella cheese and more mushrooms if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
