CHICKEN SALAD 
1 box seashell noodles
1 or 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 big can white chicken or 2 chicken breasts
1/2 lb. green seedless grapes, sliced
pecans if desired
mayonnaise

Cook noodles until tender. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Add all other ingredients. Mix with mayonnaise.
