SHRIMP FO YONG 
3/4 c. (1/2 lb.) tiny, cooked shrimp or chopped cooked seafood
1 c. bean sprouts
1 tbsp. chopped green onions
3 mushrooms, chopped
Some salt & celery
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients, adding eggs last. Fry in hot grease as small pancakes. Pile several together and pour over Foo Young Sauce.

FOO YOUNG SAUCE:

1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water

Heat first 3 ingredients in saucepan, combine last 2 and add to first mixture. Cook until thick like gravy, add salt. Makes 9 cakes.
