SHRIMP BISQUE 
1 qt. cooked shrimp, ground
1 qt. milk
1/4 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 green pepper, ground with shrimp
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Dash red pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add flour; blend well. Add milk. When hot add Worcestershire, salt and lemon rind. Then shrimp and pepper. Let cook for 20 minutes. Serve with crisp crackers. Serves 4.
