BERLIN BULLETTEN 
2 day old rolls
1 minced onion
1 bunch minced parsley
18 oz. ground meat (beef or other)
Dash of salt, pepper, nutmeg
2 eggs

Rub crust off 2 dry, day-old rolls and soak in hot water. Press excess water out of rolls and tear into small pieces. Combine the bread pieces with 1 minced onion and 1 bunch minced parsley and saute in butter until soft. Let cool. Then add to the ground meat. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and add 2 eggs, mixing thoroughly. Shape into pocket-sized hamburger patties and fry in pan.
