CHICKEN CRESCENTS 
2 cans chicken
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
Salt
Pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. milk
1 can crescent rolls

Mix chicken and 1/2 cheese, onion, salt, pepper, celery and carrots in bowl. Divide rolls in 8 pieces, stretching slightly. Fill with chicken mixture. Roll up and place in glass dish sprayed with Pam, leaving a little space apart. Mix soup and milk. Pour over crescents. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes covered. Uncover and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
