SAUSAGE-ZUCCHINI BOATS 
4 med. zucchini, 2 lbs.
1/4 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 c. onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Dash garlic salt
Dash pepper
Paprika
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Cook whole zucchini in boiling water, salted, until barely tender, 7 to 10 minutes. Cut each in half lengthwise; scoop squash from shells and mash.

Cook sausage and onion; drain off fat. Stir in mashed zucchini. Reserving 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix well. Spoon into shells.

Place shells in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and dash paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
