ROASTED TOMATOES 
3 ripe tomatoes
8 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt, pepper
6 tbsp. oil

Cut well-ripened tomatoes in halves. Remove some pulp. Add pulp to bread crumbs, parsley and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the preceding. Stuff the tomato halves. Put oil in baking pan. Place tomatoes in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
