PUNCH FOR A BUNCH 
2 (6 oz.) pkg. peach or apricot flavor gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3 c. warm water
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade, undiluted
1 (46 oz.) can peach or apricot nectar
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1/2 gal. cold water
4 qt. ginger ale, chilled

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add water, lemonade, nectar and pineapple juice. Stir well. Add one-half gallon water. Freeze in four equal size containers. Remove from freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving to allow punch to thaw to a slushy consistency. Add ginger ale before serving. Serves 40.
