LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE 
8 oz. linguine
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
3 cans drained clams, save liquid
1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. each basil, oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. fresh parsley

Saute garlic in oil, add drained clams, saute 3 or 4 minutes. Add reserved clam broth, wine and rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Mix with linguine. Top with grated Parmesan.
