PEANUT BUTTER MELTAWAYS 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. water

Mix flour, soda, salt and baking powder in small bowl; set aside. Beat in a large bowl; the butter, sugar and peanut butter. Add egg and water to butter mixture. Add flour mixture to other ingredients; press into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

TOPPING:

26 caramels
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanuts

Melt on low temperature and spread on cool crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips on hot caramel topping and swirl. Sprinkle cup peanuts on top of chocolate and press.
