CHOCOLATE MOCHA CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice. or vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot black coffee

Mix all ingredients togehter. Then add 1 cup black coffee hot or 1 cup boiling water. Mix well. Pour into greased floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

MOCHA FROSTING:

1/3 c. softended butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. black coffee

Mix until smooth and frost cake.
