BEEF STROGANOFF DELIGHT 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems, drained
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 3/4 c. hot water
4 oz. uncooked noodles
1 c. sour cream

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain. Add mushrooms, flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add bouillon and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile cook noodles in boiling salted water and drain. Stir sour cream into beef mixture and heat through. Pour stroganoff mix over drained noodles. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
