FIERY CAJUN SHRIMP 
2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter
2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter
3-4 oz. (3/8 - 1/2 c.) Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground rosemary
2 tsp. Tabasco
2 tsp. sea salt
3 cloved garlic, minced
4 lemons, 2 juiced & 2 sliced
5 to 6 lbs. raw shrimp

In bowl, mix all except lemon slices, 9 shrimp. Pour approximately 1/2 cup sauce to cover bottom of a large baking dish. Layer shrimp and lemon slices in dish, leaving 1 inch headroom. Bake at 400 degrees uncovered, stirring once or twice until shrimp are cooked through. Approximately 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6 people.
