4 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Cook spinach; set aside to drain. Mix together sour cream, onion soup mix, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until well blended. Fold in spinach.
